Occasionally, one comes across an artist of great vision and talent who has slipped under the radar and not received wider recognition – Vivian Maier comes to mind. Sergio Larrain (1931-2012), a Chilean photographer, is another such artist.
I was fortunate enough to read an article recently in The New York Times profiling this wonderful photographer and his poetic, evocative work.
I urge you to check out the following links and explore the work and personal story of this gifted image maker.
